Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 3 tbsp sake or dry white wine
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Whisk together the miso paste, sake or white wine, mirin, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Heat over moderate heat until the mixture is heated and the sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- Set your oven heat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Brush the miso glaze over the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 15 mins or until the salmon is cooked and the glaze is caramelized.
- Drizzle sesame seeds and green onions over the top of the salmon and serve. Enjoy!
