This recipe is easy to make and impress your family and friends with its delicious flavor and finger-licking goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F. Arrange the baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the garlic with onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and crushed pepper in a bowl. Add the wings and toss them in the spice mixture.
  2. Put the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 37-40 minutes until they are cooked and crisp. While the wings are baking, make the sticky sauce. Mix the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Remove the wings and brush them with the sticky sauce. Return the chicken wings to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and the wings are sticky and delicious.
  4. Remove the wings and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired, and serve immediately.
