- 2 lb Salmon Fillet
- 3 tbsp dill
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1 tbsp garlic butter
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place salmon fillets on top. Top off each piece the seasoning and add your garlic butter evenly on top of the filet.
2. Bake salmon at 415°F for about 15 minutes. Use a fork to check if the fish flakes apart easily to ensure it has cooked all the way through. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F at the thickest part of the fillet if you are unsure.
3. Serve right away! Add lemon to taste.
