Tuna with Wasabi Aioli

  • 1 cup of long-grain white rice
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup of light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp of wasabi paste
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


  1. Cook the rice as per the package instructions.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, wasabi paste, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix the tuna with half of the wasabi aioli in a separate bowl. Serve the tuna over the cooked rice and drizzle the remaining wasabi aioli.
  4. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top, if desired.
