Tuna with Wasabi Aioli

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of long-grain white rice
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup of light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the rice as per the package instructions.
- Mix the mayonnaise, wasabi paste, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix the tuna with half of the wasabi aioli in a separate bowl. Serve the tuna over the cooked rice and drizzle the remaining wasabi aioli.
